Learn from a practicing industry expert

Transitioning into UX Writing taught me something that shapes every course I create: effective learning requires more than knowledge transfer. It requires building genuine confidence in the work — and finding real engagement in the craft.

I've been a UX Writer for over eight years, working both in-house and as a freelancer across a wide range of industries. I hold a PhD in Technology Management and Communications, and I've taught UX Writing to more than 25,000 students globally. Every course I create reflects what I've learned from doing this work at a professional level — not just studying it.
